How long does it take to receive my order?
Because every pair is made to order, please allow 3–5 working days for crafting, plus your standard delivery time. We don't rush — quality takes the time it takes.
What materials do you use?
All materials — including our genuine leathers — are sourced exclusively from trusted UK suppliers. We use premium towelling, genuine leather, faux fur, boiled wool, herringbone, and dogtooth fabrics. Nothing is imported cheaply from overseas.
What is your returns policy?
As each pair is made specifically for you, we ask that you check sizing carefully before ordering. If there is any issue with your pair on arrival, please get in touch and we will make it right.
How do I find my correct size?
Our slippers run true to UK sizing. Our wider, rounder last offers a more generous fit across the toe — ideal if you prefer a little more room. If unsure, size up for a relaxed fit.
